Hello everyone!
I guess this journal needs a little updating, the last one was too long ago.
Not any groundbreaking news though, heh
University goes well; I've finished the 3 semester, and its exam period, and now it's break-time until February the 19th. I'm back in my hometown, enjoying the peace and quiet On the 19th, the 4th semester starts. With a handful of new lessons, quite interesting I have to say. We'll have another Italian course (the last one), a course on Linguistics, another one on American Literature 19th century, another one on Semantics (anyone know what that is?) and a final one on English Literature in the Middle-Ages! Yay! We'll finally study medieval texts etc; I've been looking forward to that for ages! Our coursebook for that is huge though, but I'm sure it'll have many interesting things in it, including Morte d'Arthur, which I so want to study.
Other than that....
My mother and I are planning on going on a trip to Iceland at some point this year. She proposed the idea sometime ago, and it does sound very interesting. Plus, it's been too long since I were on a trip abroad; it'd be lovely to go once more! Has anyone of you been in Iceland? Or just know things about it? Places to visit, sights to see?
Oh, and I finally saw Brave! Amazing movie! Fantastic soundtrack, sceneries, and actor Scottish accent I loved it. And it also had an amazing story... most cartoons I've seen end up with the heroine finding a guy, falling in love and getting married. (not that I don't like those, but a little change doesn't hurt) But this one ended with independence, and had a wholly different topic.
Anyway, it was great. Sorry for the ramble.
And I also saw Skyfall. I had high expectations for it.... but I didn't like it. Many faults. Let's hope that if they do a next James Bond movie, it will be much much better.
Well, that's all for now. Bye!! ^^
